HarperCollins Publishers is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every book or product purchased directly from our site. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the books in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring that the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
